I had drawn up a tattoo design while I was in Hawaii with seigaiha (Japanese waves) in the shape of a triangle, since I am Japanese and a triple water sign . I unfortunately did not have time to get the tattoo. But a week later, I came across this pendant at a festival. It is also my favorite colors: green and purple. It felt like this pendant was made for me.
When I learned about the gifting concept, I was a bit sad that I would have to one day part with it. But I knew that would make it even more meaningful when I do. I am taking it with me when I move to Europe, and am very excited to see what journey it takes on.
